Pelvic Floor Therapy

What is the Pelvic Floor?

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, tendons, and ligaments that sit in the base of the pelvis. Their job is to help control bowel, bladder and sexual function. Dysfunctions in this area can be frustrating and embarassing. They often restrict you from participating in exercise, sports, social activities, and day-to-day activities. Pelvic floor therapy is a very effective way to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions and help you live your life with fewer symptoms.
