Strength & Fitness is for those who are not limited by pain or injury, but who want to become stronger and improve their level of fitness. Sessions are 1-on-1 with a physical therapist who will guide you through exercises and provide instruction on proper technique. Strength & fitness plans are tailored to fit each individual and reach their goals.
